Responsibilities
Support and fix incoming issues with Salesforce and other systems (Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, RingLead, Ironclad, Salesforce CPQ)
Salesforce administration will be required across the entire ecosystem, not just sales.
Own the Salesforce CPQ integration and maintenance
Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce and other sales systems to meet business requirements
Ensure and own data integrity and cleanliness within the Salesforce platform
Implement and manage integrations with other business systems as needed
Collaborate across the company to understand business processes and identify opportunities for CRM and systems optimization
Proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvement in system processes and functionality, staying informed about industry best practices and emerging, relevant technologies.
Responsible for evaluation of new tools that complement the current tech stack, and partnering with existing third-party vendors as needed
Support the onboarding and continuous training of end users on Salesforce and other sales tools
Track systems usage and adoption and manage user licenses, including purchasing new licenses and reallocating existing licenses internally
Build out a knowledge base of documentation for our internal teams on system best practices, enablement, tips and tricks to drive user efficiency in our tools
Field ad hoc content, data and support requests from sales teams and other departments as requires
Participate in a highly compliant environment while assisting to maintain company controls and security within your job role.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of advanced SFDC administration experience is highly desired. At a minimum you must be proficient with the Salesforce platform and data model, building Flows, creating custom objects, formula fields, validation rules, change set deployment, etc.
Hands-on experience with Ringlead, ZoomInfo (or a similar tool), Gong/Chorus.AI, Ironclad (or similar CLM tool), and a sequence tool like Outreach or SalesLoft
Experience with successful change management and process documentation
In-depth understanding of the GTM tool landscape
A natural sense of urgency & collaborative mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
Brings a natural curiosity and a love for problem-solving, eager to dive into challenges and uncover root causes.
Preferred
APEX/Visual force and Salesforce CPQ experience preferred.
