Responsibilities

Accurately record comprehensive time entries in the case management system to document work performed on a case.

Thoroughly review intake information from potential clients and assess their eligibility for case consideration.

Provide recommendations for the most appropriate immigration case type based on the client's specific circumstances.

Conduct consultations with potential clients as required to address their immigration needs.

Represent clients in deportation (removal) defense cases, both detained and non-detained.

Prepare for and attend USCIS interviews and BIA and federal appeals.

Speak and meet with clients to provide case updates and strategies.

Travel as necessary to meet in-person requirements set by immigration judges.
