Responsibilities
Analyze and manage data sets related to clinical cases, contact centers, and operational productivity.
Perform ad hoc data queries, data dumps, and project work, including ongoing support and repeated reports.
Spend most of the time on clinical review while also supporting other areas.
Pull data from various systems, apply logic and analysis, and create dashboards using Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau.
Work on an ad hoc basis with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver data solutions.

Required
Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery, DB2, SQL, Salesforce data pulls).
Strong skills in Tableau and PowerBI.
Familiarity with Alteryx – MUST HAVE.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication skills to interface with requestors and stakeholders.
Ability to work in an Agile team environment with daily stand-ups at 9:40 AM CT.
Preferred
Experience with PBM and healthcare data is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is beneficial.
Increasing use of Python for data analysis.
