Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert for ERP modernization

Analyze and optimize procurement/supply chain processes, troubleshoot issues, and provide end-user support.

Collaborate across teams to prototype, configure, test, and deploy ERP functionalities aligned with business goals.

Build relationships with stakeholders and ensure ERP solutions meet operational needs.

Maintain functional knowledge of business practices and serve as a liaison between business needs and ERP capabilities.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field.

8+ years of ERP experience in procurement/supply chain modules (Infor LN / Baan).

Strong understanding of procurement, MRP, and ERP data integration in manufacturing environments.

Proven analytical, project management, and interpersonal skills.

Proactive and collaborative, with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Experience meeting with internal clients to understand needs and design solutions, building and executing project plans leading to on-time, on-budget implementations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
