Responsibilities

Analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures.

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions for Infor SyteLine.

Write functional and technical specifications to guide development.

Utilize the Infor Mongoose Toolset to create IDOs, Event Handlers, and custom forms.

Develop and enhance reporting capabilities using Mongoose Reporting and DataViews.

Work with Microsoft SQL Server, including SSRS, to design and maintain stored procedures, views, triggers, functions, and tables.

Participate in internal planning meetings to provide feedback on project priorities and progress.

Translate business needs into technical solutions and present them in user-friendly language.

Offer clear and concise training and consultation to customers.

Provide Level 2 support for customizations, troubleshooting system-related issues effectively.

Required

Associate’s degree in Computer Science or 2+ years of relevant work experience with Infor SyteLine (CSI). Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.

Proficiency in Infor Mongoose Toolset v8.x–v10.x, including IDOs, Event Handlers, and VB.NET.

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or higher, including SSRS.

Knowledge of Transact-SQL (T-SQL) for stored procedures, views, and functions.

Proficiency in C# for software development.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
