Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in ServiceNow solution architecture and implementation.
Extensive experience with core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, Glide API, and custom workflows.
Proven expertise in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and integration hubs.
Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, performance tuning, and instance management.
Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding development teams.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a passion for delivering innovative solutions.
