Responsibilities

Work primarily with attorneys in our Financial Services & Capital Markets strategic business unit.

Handle Middle Market mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and corporate equity and debt financing including seed financing and venture capital transactions involving emerging and growth stage companies.
