Responsibilities

Working with internal team members and external stakeholders/clients to develop the overall look and design of World Relief’s webpage

Collaborating closely with backend developer and UX designer to create and update user interface that enhance the user experience

Updating product based on user behavior and feedback from team and stakeholders

Producing, maintaining, and modifying website and user interfaces to build solutions that bridge our organization and users

Writing website code with programming languages such as HTML, C++, and Java

Incorporating content, graphics, audio, and video clips into our website

Ensuring published digital products are accessible and user-friendly across different platforms, including laptops and smartphones

Optimize website for a balanced approach of quality and speed

Troubleshoot and fix any website issues or bugs that arise

Stay informed on our tech-stack updates and emerging technologies

Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Relief's Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity and National Evangelicals For the Health of The Nation document

Proficiency in using HubSpot email marketing platform

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google suites

Up-to-date knowledge of CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR regulations to ensure compliance

2 years of experience in mass email marketing, preferably in a nonprofit or donation-based organization

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other programming languages

Experience with web development tools

Understanding of SEO principles and web design aesthetics

Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, and content management systems
