Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement custom reports and dashboards within the Netsuite platform using SuiteAnalytics Workbook, SQL, and other relevant tools.
Gather and analyze business requirements to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective and efficient reporting solutions.
Collaborate with business users across various departments (e.g., Finance, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide insightful reporting solutions.
Develop and maintain complex saved searches, custom reports, and dashboards to support key business decisions.
Perform data analysis and identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Document all reporting processes and procedures for future reference and maintenance.
Stay current with the latest Netsuite reporting features and best practices.
Assist in the implementation and integration of new Netsuite modules as needed.
Provide training and support to end-users on the use of reporting tools and dashboards.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2+ years of experience developing reports within the Netsuite ERP system.
Strong understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with SuiteAnalytics Workbook, Saved Searches, and other Netsuite reporting tools.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and organized with a strong work ethic.
