The Manager, ERP Regional Business Development, is responsible for growing the business by establishing new business and opportunities and will assist in the expansion and advancement of our existing ERP practice
The role will focus on the acquisition of new customers, leveraging networks and relationships to develop leads and secure new ERP business opportunities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily
ERP sales experience: D365 Finance & Operations ,and Netsuite is a plus
Build and expand business relationships with potential clients
Prospect, target, and initiate a plan to approach potential clients through a variety of means including identifying and qualifying opportunities; coordinating business generating activities; developing and implementing customized sales strategies
Collaborate with practice leaders, recruiting, sales, and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
Become familiar and understand client needs to provide solutions and support; answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions; respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
Create informative presentations; present and deliver information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, conferences, and internal training event opportunities
Meet all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, interviews, and client visits; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
Maintain a pipeline of all sales administration and opportunities using our existing CRM software and internal processes
Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting, maintaining short- and long-term business development plans

Travel Requirements: Travel when approved for onsite visits: itinerary, and meetings.

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
Accountability - Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments
Action oriented - Embracing new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
Communicates effectively - Develops and delivers written and verbal communication that conveys clear understanding of different audiences and their levels of comprehension; active listener to ensure clear understanding
Sales experience within the healthcare IT ERP industry is required
Frequent: Sitting, walking, eye/hand/foot coordination and repetitive motion
Occasional: Standing and bending
Infrequent: Lifting up to 10 pounds

Preferred

ERP sales experience: D365 Finance & Operations, and Netsuite is a plus
