Responsibilities

Partner deeply with engineering leaders to drive autonomy-led programs across teams and organizations

Ensure that the organization's technical roadmap is well-defined and integrated with top-level programs

Instill an efficient project management mindset and workflow across the teams.

Unblock and accelerate cross-team projects, drive prioritization clarity, identify gaps, manage healthy issue escalations and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities, and drive results proactively.

Proactively identify and communicate program risks, working with teams to minimize impact and likelihood.

Partner with engineering leaders to scope, staff, and deliver capabilities to achieve company milestones

Define efficient processes for communicating group program status more broadly.

Communicate to leadership in regular forums, contribute to executive deliverables, and provide your team's analyses and recommendations in a clear and concise way that captures impact

Understand technical implementation at the architectural level and propose technical alternatives when applicable; ask questions that expose blind spots and challenge the status quo

Champion development efficiency and be an effective proxy for engineering leads in program and organizational matters.
