Responsibilities
Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex issues to minimize downtime.
Configure and maintain firewalls and VPNs to ensure robust security and connectivity.
Optimize network operations using protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
Utilize network monitoring tools to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Provide support for Cisco, SonicWALL, Aruba, or equivalent network devices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage service requests via ticketing systems.
Stay updated on emerging network technologies and best practices.
Implement and enforce network security policies to protect enterprise assets.

Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5-7 years of experience in network administration within an enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
Hands-on experience with Cisco, SonicWALL, Aruba, or similar network devices.
Expertise in firewall configuration, VPN management, and network security.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and a client-centered approach to support.
Preferred
Preferred certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
Familiarity with ticketing systems for service request management.
