Responsibilities
Responsible for creating and issuing accurate and timely invoices to customers
Compile data and generate billing filles to support invoices
Process credit memos as needed
Prepare customer statements and accurately explain the account’s activity and balance due
Research internal and external customer inquiries and provide problem resolution using the most up-to-date information, technology, and resources
Effectively address customer questions/issues related to billing
Fully understand the invoicing process and contract terms and their impact on the overall business
Collaborate with internal terms to address and resolve customer concerns
Assist in answering inbound calls and emails
Assist in developing and implementing potential process and system enhancements to create efficiencies
Assist with collection efforts and ad hoc requests as needed

Required
2 -4 years of accounting experience specializing in billing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure and meet required deadlines
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
Strong attention to detail
Experience with PC and Microsoft Office applications
Intermediate knowledge of Excel (Familiarity with VLOOKUP and pivot tables a plus)
Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy
Capable of adapting to changing environment (i.e., organization, technological, etc.)
Self-motivated and driven; able to work independently in a remote work environment
Holds self and others accountable for results
Preferred
Associate's degree in Accounting preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce and NetSuite
Knowledge and understanding of the SaaS business model
