Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the patient engagement team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Develop, implement, and monitor workflows to enhance patient engagement and care coordination.

Lead, train, and mentor a team of patient engagement specialists to ensure high performance.

Set clear goals, KPIs, and metrics for the team and regularly review progress.

Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that supports team growth and morale.

Develop and execute strategies to improve patient communication, satisfaction, and engagement.

Monitor patient feedback and implement initiatives to address concerns and enhance the experience.

Ensure all patient interactions align with organizational standards and compliance requirements.

Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.

Prepare and present reports on patient engagement metrics to senior leadership.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field

Minimum of 3-5 years in healthcare operations, patient engagement, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position

Strong understanding of patient engagement strategies, healthcare workflows, and care coordination

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and patients

Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), databases, and internet

Proficient with computer systems and software applications including Electronic Health Record (EHR), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software(s)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and provide emotional support

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting patient interactions
