Responsibilities

Master the Oracle HCM solution, particularly as it relates to Healthcare and Higher Education.

Master and share the 'why Oracle story' that represents the value we provide to customers with our unified, multi-pillar offerings and competitive differentiation including our recent acquisition with Cerner.

Build relationships with key partners as you uncover their business goals and challenges.

Design and demonstrate technical solution flows that demonstrate the 'Art of the Possible' and the power of Oracle HCM to address those goals and challenges, specific to the Healthcare industry.

Collaborate on complex sales cycles, using the support and strengths of key internal partners (Sales, Product Management, Shared Services, and the HCM Transformation to name a few).

Travel as required, as this role may be a virtual position.

Required

3 to 5+ years of experience in enterprise business applications

Expertise in HCM related technologies

Industry expertise and domain knowledge in healthcare

Strong background in enterprise business applications

Ability to craft and deliver presentations to groups of diverse responsibility in a variety of settings

Demonstrate sound independent judgment, initiative, collaboration, and leadership

Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

Proven record of success in a pre-sale, sales, product management, practitioner or consulting role, solving problems and generating positive customer outcomes
