Responsibilities

Perform additions and modifications to communications, collaboration tools, and applications.

Conduct investigation, analysis, recommendation, configuration, installation, and testing of new hardware and software to meet requirements.

Provide direct support for daily operations of communications and collaboration tools (e.g., network hardware, operating systems).

Evaluate system utilization, monitor response times, and detect and correct operational problems.

Utilize knowledge of hardware and software installation and maintenance in a services environment.

Plan, analyze, design, develop, document, test, and administer cybersecurity systems, processes, and procedures.

Support infrastructure, capabilities, and programs.
