Responsibilities
Own a designated account list and develop account plans to win and expand business with upper middle market and enterprise companies, as well as government agencies.
Attend conferences, including booth management, lead qualification, immediate follow-up, and initial meeting scheduling (via phone, email, and letter).
Participate in networking events to build awareness with vendors and foster relationships with prospective clients.
Qualify passive inbound leads and conduct initial sales prospecting calls.
Participate in social events in various cities with new and existing clients.
Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing for upper middle market and enterprise companies and government agencies.
Cultivate relationships with executive stakeholders at both new and existing clients.
Collaborate with company leaders from multiple functions (e.g., Engineering, Product, and Finance) to facilitate complex product workshops and financial analyses.
Lead and contribute to team projects aimed at developing and refining the sales process.
Engage with Product and Engineering teams to help drive product strategy.

Required
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, OT/ICS, or related sales fields.
Proven success in prospecting within Fortune 2000 accounts.
Understanding of selling within the channel ecosystem.
Self-driven with a proactive approach: readiness to assist with any tasks while setting up for a conference.
Outgoing personality: able to make connections easily, such as befriending a neighbor in line for coffee.
Curiosity: eager to explore new technologies that address long-standing problems and question existing solutions.
Ability to simplify complex cybersecurity and engineering concepts into accessible language.
A commitment to nurturing leads through to successful closure.
Strong listening skills: adept at identifying client problems and crafting tailored solutions rather than merely pushing a product.
Goal-oriented mindset: driven to achieve results with a 'Get it done' attitude.
Willingness to travel frequently, including to smaller towns for sales conferences.
Ability to work well within small teams: comfortable in a flat organizational structure and open to diverse responsibilities.
Growth mindset: ready to tackle challenging tasks and excel.
Preferred
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus!
