Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with clients to understand their business processes, pain points, and objectives
Analyze current systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement
Develop comprehensive project plans and solution designs tailored to client needs
Configure and customize Salesforce orgs across various clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.)
Design and implement complex automation using Process Builder, Flow, and Apex triggers
Develop custom Lightning components and Visualforce pages as needed
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and systems
Create data migration strategies and execute data imports/exports
Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the migration process
Design and implement data governance policies
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users and administrators
Create detailed documentation, including user guides and system architecture diagrams
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features
Recommend innovative solutions to enhance client operations
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices development

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce solutions
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL/SOSL
Experience with at least two Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.)
Salesforce certifications: Admin, Advanced Admin, and at least one Consultant certification
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools

Preferred

Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Technical Architect)
Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementations
Knowledge of integration tools like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi
Familiarity with industry-specific Salesforce solutions (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud)
Experience with DevOps and version control systems (e.g., Git)
