Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns focusing on the B2B industry across various platforms, including, but not limited to, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads.
Craft compelling ad copy and optimize ad creatives to improve click-through rates and Conversions.
Set up and configure the tech stack required for efficient campaign management, including tracking and analytics tools, ad platforms, and other relevant systems.
Monitor and manage campaign budgets, optimizing spend allocation across channels and tactics to maximize ROI and achieve client goals.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal teams, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad creative development to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of demand generation techniques and paid advertising strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO, content, design, and strategy, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that deliver results.
Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to identify high-performing tactics and optimize campaign performance.
Ensure compliance with advertising platform policies and relevant privacy regulations, maintaining a strong focus on brand safety and data protection.
Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations for future campaign improvements.

Required
5+ years of experience in PPC campaign management, preferably within a B2B demand generation agency or marketing environment.
In-depth knowledge of and experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads / Google Analytics certified.
Strong understanding of B2B demand generation strategies, tactics, and best practices.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful PPC campaigns.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and interface with clients.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools, including Google Tag Manager.
Ability to work independently and react quickly to changing needs of clients and campaigns.
A fast learner with the ability to quickly problem solve.
