Lead product development efforts for new mental health technologies.

Collaborate with various stakeholders to improve diagnostic technologies and healthcare systems.

Oversee the application and process improvements within mental health programs.

Required

PhD in Psychology or a related field.

Minimum of 13 years of experience in psychology or a related field.

Proven experience in strategy development, product development, and data-driven health platforms.

Strong analytical and project management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Per contract guidelines, US Citizenship and/or lawful permanent residency.

Preferred

Preferred experience with diagnostic technologies and healthcare systems, applications, and processes.

Strong understanding of the Advanced Research Projects Agencies (ARPA) model used by ARPA-H to manage transformative federal research programs is highly preferred.

Consulting experience is highly preferred.
