Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with Salesforce solutions.
Design and implement tailored configurations and workflows, focusing on Ascend or Affinaquest integrations.
Provide subject matter expertise and training to Higher Education clients, ensuring successful adoption of Salesforce tools.
Conduct regular testing, troubleshooting, and optimizations to ensure system functionality and client satisfaction.

Required
7+ years of Salesforce experience with a focus on Higher Education implementations.
Expertise with Ascend or Affinaquest is a must-have | Advancement Services.
Proven track record of gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Preferred
Familiarity with Apex, LWC, Marketing Cloud, or Nonprofit Cloud is a strong plus.
