Responsibilities
Lead the successful delivery of client technology solutions. Oversee scope, schedule, quality, resources and budgets to meet solution goals while ensuring high levels of client and team satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships through clear communications, building rapport and establishing Flatirons as a trusted advisor. Articulate the financial and business benefits a company gains by implementing a new technology solution.
Lead workshops to identify and crystalize requirements aimed at streamlining business processes while optimizing management of client's content throughout its entire lifecycle - from creation and distribution to archiving and eventual deletion, ensuring content remains accurate, accessible, and compliant with regulations.
Assist Sales in the development of solutions and strategies to solve client problems and grow business within key customer accounts and target industries.

Required
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position within enterprise technology consulting services.
Excellent customer relationship, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail as well as business and financial acumen.
Ability to lead complex technology solutions spanning the entire solution lifecycle.
Self-directed with ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously.
Comfort with video presence is essential in our remote-first company.
Skilled in building and maintaining executive level relationships, fostering client trust and establishing strong working relationships.
Proven track record of taking ownership to identify and bring solutions to challenges.
Demonstrated experience planning and leading enterprise-level technology solutions across the solution lifecycle (business analysis, requirements definition, development, testing and support) in a Professional Services capacity using methodologies such as SDLC and Agile.
Detailed oriented with ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously.
Experience leading IT Solutions, Application Development or Digital Transformation solutions (preferably in large Enterprise organizations) with eagerness to learn new technologies such as GenAI (LLM, RAG).
Understanding and experience with Enterprise Content Lifecycle Management (ECLM) technologies, such as Documentum, is a plus.
Strong written, verbal, and facilitation skills with ability to communicate succinctly.
Highly collaborative with an unwavering commitment to the success of the client and your team.
Practical knowledge defining core elements of an opportunity (scope, approach, timeline, deliverables, level of effort) within a formal contract framework (SOW, Change Request, etc.).
Knowledge and understanding of basic business financials with the ability to manage project budgets and utilization (actual and forecast).
Able to assess the financial and business value to the client's business due to the technology solution.
Skilled in tools like Rally, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and collaboration platforms like MS Teams.
Self-directed, able to multi-task, and open to travel up to 25% based on business needs.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or experience in related field are preferred.
