Responsibilities
Manage and nurture client relationships to drive retention and loyalty
Understand clients' business objectives and provide strategic guidance
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Analyze data in Salesforce to track client usage and engagement, providing insights for optimization
Provide training and support to clients on product features and best practices

Required
Proven experience in customer relationship management or account management
Experience with US and Canadian customers
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
Knowledge of SaaS products and services
Familiarity with project management principles
Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights
Presentation and/or training skills required
Occasional international travel may be required
Preferred
Experience working with customers in the casino gaming industry, either commercial or tribal desired
Background in contract renewals preferred
