Responsibilities

Leading the end-to-end design and delivery of sophisticated Anaplan planning solutions that address complex business challenges.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional peers to gather requirements, understand pain points, and propose tailored Anaplan solutions.

Developing comprehensive Anaplan multi-dimensional models that optimize processes, enhance functionality, and align with best practices.

Overseeing and guiding the integration of Anaplan with other systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Providing technical guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support to a growing team of Anaplan resources.

Leading by example and setting high standards for solution architecture, quality, and adherence to project timelines.

Conducting regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Serving as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to both the team and stakeholders across Dynatrace.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.

Staying up-to-date with the latest Anaplan features and industry trends, incorporating them into solution designs and team skill development.

Required

A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Anaplan solutions, including substantial exposure to solution architecture.

Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred

Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience leading and managing teams, with a strong ability to motivate, mentor, and foster collaboration.

Demonstrable expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and the entire FP&A operations lifecycle.

Advanced proficiency in Anaplan functionalities, including modules, lists, dashboards, complex calculations, and data integrations.

Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into effective Anaplan models and solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent attention to detail.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

A strategic mindset, with the ability to align tactical efforts with broader business goals.

Experience working with Agile methodologies and an understanding of project management concepts.

An Anaplan Certified Model Builder certification is required, with additional certifications such as Anaplan Certified Solution Architect, are highly desirable.

Familiarity with other EPM tools, data visualization platforms, or business intelligence solutions is a plus.
