Responsibilities
Lead our solutions and support engineering teams.
Ensure customer success on Healthie's developer platform.
Balance day-to-day customer support with the long-term vision to scale our enterprise solutions.
Mentor and develop engineers on your team through coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.

Required
5+ years in software engineering
At least 2 years in a management role in a technical SaaS role
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, setting goals and driving performance
Excel at building relationships, leading with influence, and motivating teams to achieve high performance
Take ownership of recruiting and building top-performing teams
Strong problem-solver, able to quickly resolve technical issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience building customer-facing APIs, webhook, and integration workflows
Proficiency with Ruby on Rails, React, Typescript, GraphQL, Postgres, Redis, Sidekiq, and RSpec
Thrive in self-directed environments, with a bias toward execution and a focus on delivering results
Passionate about healthcare, committed to improving patient outcomes, and continuously improving the customer experience
