Responsibilities

Supervise all aspects of the finance department;

Manage the day-to-day accounting and finance functions, including supporting accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, payroll, banking and investment, fixed assets and materials management, grants management, and government vouchers;

Support Finance Staff, existing and incoming, and build and maintain strategic alliances with your employees and contract service providers;

Maintain short/long-term financial strategies in support of your mission and goals;

Evaluate business practices and issues; project manage your scheduled upgrades based on your resources, priorities, and goals;

Support the CEO and leadership with policy guidance recommendations and support on key financial issues;

Monitor compliance and performance of investment portfolios; and

Participate, as needed, in Senior and Leadership Team meetings.
