Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive media plans that align with client goals and budgets.
Actively manage digital buys across Google Ads, Meta Ad Manager, CM360, LinkedIn Ad Manager, and various programmatic DSPs.
Work closely with clients to present media plans, campaign updates, and performance reports.
Oversee campaign pacing, optimizing for KPIs, and adjusting plans as needed to meet objectives.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure campaigns are set up for success.
Mentor and guide a digital media specialist, ensuring quality work and adherence to timelines.
Analyze campaign performance data and create detailed reports with insights and recommendations for ongoing optimizations.

Required
8+ years of experience in digital media planning and buying.
Proficiency in the big digital buying platforms and willingness to find and learn new tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and present results in a clear, concise manner.
Experience mentoring or managing a small team.
Detail-oriented and able to balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Advertising agency experience preferred but not required.
