Responsibilities
Work closely with data and engineering teams to understand their platform requirements and develop scalable, generalized solutions.
Maintain and improve existing platform systems while designing next-generation tools (e.g., systems for model training, feature management, and inference workflows).
Architect a platform that increases the speed and efficiency of model iteration while enabling teams to work autonomously.
Enhance the reliability of systems supporting high-impact features used by a broad audience.

Required
Proven experience designing and deploying mission-critical, high-reliability systems.
Advanced programming proficiency, particularly in Python.
Strong working knowledge of cloud services such as AWS or similar platforms.
Hands-on experience with tools like Docker, Kafka, Redis, DynamoDB, Snowflake, Airflow, SQL, and others.
Familiarity with machine learning technologies (e.g., PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, Jupyter) is highly valued.
Strong ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
A proactive and independent approach to problem-solving, with a desire to take on increasing levels of responsibility.
Preferred
5+ years of professional experience in related fields.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline is preferred.
