Responsibilities
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities. Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Develop account plans and strategies to maximize revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with company policies. Manage contract renewals and expansions.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
Use CRM tools to track sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for leadership.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation for all accounts. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Provide client feedback to internal teams to inform product development and enhancements. Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential account risks.

Required
Proven sales experience in a similar role, such as sales representative, account manager, or business development professional. Experience in the relevant industry (e.g., SaaS, advertising, finance) is often advantageous.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Strong ability to prospect, pitch, and close deals. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Skilled in handling objections and conflict resolution.
Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to identify opportunities. Strategic approach to account planning and business development.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
Basic understanding of relevant technologies or product offerings in the industry. Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and effective follow-up practices. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
Resilient and adaptable in dynamic or high-pressure environments. Team player with a collaborative mindset.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred). Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Sales certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person [CPSP] or similar). Industry-specific training or certifications relevant to the role.
