Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in visioning the future and establishing product requirements for Crowe’s Large Language Models platform, ensuring that our Generative AI solutions are aligned with Crowe’s strategic goals and deliver exceptional value.
Develop and implement KPIs to measure the success and impact of Generative AI-driven products.
Collaborate closely with technical teams to align client, product and jobs-to-be-done need with product development and technical capabilities.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure cohesive product strategies.
Work with change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of Generative AI solutions across the organization.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
Lead the creation and refinement of user personas, ensuring deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors.
Establish a framework for regularly assessing and enhancing product features, ensuring our offerings stay ahead of market trends and technological advancements.
Utilize excellent communication skills to articulate product visions and strategies to stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
Actively engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and build support for GenerativeAI initiatives.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in technology, Business, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management, with focus on delivery, technology, innovation, and client satisfaction.
Proven experience in leading product management in a large, multifaceted organization.
Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models, and data science concepts.
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management practices.
Strong influencing skills to garner buy-in and support for product initiatives across diverse teams.
Demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive in rapidly evolving industries, with a keen understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the ever-changing landscape of Generative AI and data science.
Proven experience in autonomously leading both people and products to success, with a track record of making strategic decisions and driving projects with minimal oversight.
A genuine excitement and passion for new technologies, especially in Generative AI and data science, with a continuous drive to stay ahead of tech trends and innovations.
A visionary mindset, able to imagine and articulate the 'art of the possible' in Generative AI and data science, inspiring teams and stakeholders with forward-thinking product concepts and strategies.
Preferred
Experience managing machine learning or Generative AI solutions as part of an enterprise-grade product.
Experience working in development platforms such as Github (we use Gitlab).
Background or strong interest in data science and machine learning, enhancing your ability to understand and communicate the technical aspects of Generative AI products.
