Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions across multiple social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and more).
Maintain the unique tone and voice of each client while ensuring consistency and authenticity in all interactions.
Flag key insights, trends, and audience sentiment for internal teams and clients to inform strategies.
Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to craft timely, on-brand responses for specific campaigns or moments.
Identify and escalate potential issues or customer concerns to the appropriate teams in a timely manner.
Track performance metrics related to community interactions, such as response time and sentiment shifts.

Required
