Responsibilities

Lead Daily Management of the safety, quality, delivery, and inventory of applications at a large key customer near Lynchburg VA

Support and perform standard work as required to ensure safe and effective treatment programs, generate weekly and monthly reports, maintain inventory, order materials, equipment uptime

Perform data analysis on program performance.

Assists with customer technical issues, brings any issues to the customers attention and work with area and district managers to put together a plan for corrective action.

Build strong customer relationships

Pursue growth and swap opportunities to maximize customer value.

Participate in technical training opportunities for advancement of skills and knowledge.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.

Ability to build client relationships easily

Analytical ability and great problem-solving skills

Presentation skills and ability to convey product value

High-level organizational skills for maintaining sales of complex product portfolio

Self-confidence to support persuasion and sales efforts

Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

Ability to occasionally lift and carry 50 pounds.

Travel to our customer paper mill sites
