Responsibilities
Serve as the primary relationship owner for top-tier client accounts with responsibility for winning new clients while retaining and growing existing clients. (meet and exceed quotas)
Must be a sales hunter, building new relationships and winning work from new contractors.
Find new opportunities, identifies decision-makers, responds to RFPs, gathers information, strengthens personal and professional relationships, positions the company favorably, and works with internal resources to maximize the potential to win large deals.
Strengthen relationships with existing clients
Identify decision-makers and influencers
Manage sales pipelines (both short and long term)
Proactively/ efficiently leverage resources with dedicated internal teams and executive staff around opportunities to ensure successful outcomes
Win work from new contractors
Enter all information into our CRM

Required
Prior experience prospecting to and winning business from developers/builders/General Contractors of mid-to-hi rise buildings.
Valid drivers license and car.
Preferred
Bachelors degree preferred, not required.
