Responsibilities
Oversee entire project lifecycle, from project definition through specification, coding, QA, and launch
Ensure projects get done on time, within scope and on budget
Project go-to person between clients, vendors, and internal teams
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects
Constantly align expectations with client, team, and partner agencies
Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
Carefully control changes to the project scope, following a defined change order process
Engage the sales/accounts team when appropriate for new client needs
Actively communicate with clients around recommendations, risks, challenges, and solutions
Coordinate asset handoffs between internal team, clients, contractors, and other agencies
Review deliverables and ensure quality prior to distribution to internal resources
Identify risks and vulnerabilities /create contingency plans/monitor risk levels/drive execution of contingency plans

Required
3 years professional experience
Minimum 1 years project experience managing digital plans and launching start to finish client-facing online/mobile and web products/services
Excellent, consistent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills appropriate for multiple audiences
Ability to juggle many priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary to provide project deliverables and, above all, exceed client expectations
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management
A high degree of professionalism, dedication, and initiative
Ability to present ideas and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders
Preferred
Previous digital agency experience
Technical experience in Drupal, WordPress, AWS, DNS, and understanding programming language landscape: PHP, HTML5, and JavaScript
Bachelor’s degree: preferably in Business Management or another related field
Industry experience and knowledge of pharma/healthcare and regulatory standards
Working knowledge of enterprise CMS platforms
Demonstrated competence with project management tools
Experience consulting clients on digital strategies (omnichannel marketing, design, development)
