Responsibilities

The Implementation Consultant I is responsible for the management and oversight of customer projects, to include coordination of efforts between the customer and applicable CivicPlus departments.

Must be able to complete a project scope, create a timeline, coordinate training to include preparing them for successful maintenance/operation and work with the customer/internal resources to launch a project within a specified timeline, project hours, and budget.

The Implementation Consultant I owns the 'customer experience' and is responsible for facilitation of all communication through the phases of the project to ensure the successful delivery of all assigned projects.

This role requires maintaining a minimum 95%+ Client Satisfaction average and the ability to move projects forward, meeting original timeline expectations at least 80% of the time.

The individual must be capable of managing small to medium-sized product-specific contracts and performing or coordinating any necessary add-ons for individual products.

A confident understanding of contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), and related terminology is essential, with the ability to effectively communicate their meaning.

Additionally, participation in product improvement and review initiatives is expected, along with a high-level understanding of how CivicPlus products work together.
