Responsibilities

Own and Nurture Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring they receive exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey.

Lead Onboarding and Configuration: Oversee the onboarding and configuration process for new users, ensuring they are fully integrated into the platform and set up for long-term success.

Collaborate with a Team of Experts: Work closely with a skilled team of data and business intelligence professionals, exchanging insights to enhance the client experience and drive continuous improvement.

Drive Project Accountability and Detail: Take ownership of tracking progress on client onboarding, support needs, and training schedules. With an exacting eye for detail, establish timelines, set expectations, and actively manage follow-through to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Champion Proactive Communication: Regularly update both internal teams and users on project milestones, new features, and system improvements to build trust and preemptively address potential issues.

Required

4+ years of experience in project management, client success, or a similar field, with a proven track record of driving successful outcomes for clients or stakeholders.

Project management experience with proficiency in PM tools like Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).

A highly detail-oriented and proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple timelines, communicate effectively, and ensure follow-through on key initiatives.
