Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from HRIS, payroll systems, and surveys to uncover trends and provide actionable insights.
Create compelling reports and dashboards to communicate findings to HR leadership and stakeholders.
Use data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies, compensation plans, and employee engagement programs.
Manage and enhance HR systems and collaborate with IT for seamless integrations, and stay ahead of HR tech trends.
Safeguard sensitive data through rigorous security practices and compliance with data privacy laws.
Lead and support HR initiatives, working cross-functionally to implement innovative, data-driven solutions.

Required
Proven experience in HR analytics or similar data-focused roles.
Proficiency with tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or ServiceNow.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in predictive analytics a plus.
Exceptional communication skills to present complex data clearly and effectively.
Familiarity with HR principles, practices, and a passion for driving positive change.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
Preferred
Experience in professional services is a bonus!
Preferred certifications: HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or data analytics (e.g., CAP).
