Business Development Representative - Healthcare Software Sales

Responsibilities
Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospective leads sourced from your existing healthcare business relationships, company-provided subscription to healthcare databases, or sourced through public sites like LinkedIn
Conduct internal collaboration across multiple teams
Research accounts and identify key players within target prospective healthcare organizations
Draft compelling outreach, such as call scripts and multi-touch emails designed to generate interest and provide a high-level overview of StaffReady products and services
Call/email minimum 20 prospects each day, minimum four days per week, recording activity within CRM. One day is set aside for internal meetings, organization efforts, and reporting
Become a trusted resource with prospects by educating them on StaffReady solutions
Work to pre-qualify leads for the sales team by identifying manager/champion, coach, and executive buyer; Schedule and participate in the initial discovery meeting, ensuring rapport is established with a salesperson
Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous full sales lifecycle process optimization
Conduct internal collaboration across multiple teams

Required
3+ years of sales experience within healthcare sector
Previous business development or full-cycle software sales experience
Experience tracking productivity within CRM, such as Freshworks, Hubspot, Salesforce or similar
Relational personality with excellent communication skills
Self-starter with a tenacious mentality
Evident organization skills
Coachable disposition and eager to learn
Preferred
Bachelor's or Associate's degree
Experience with Outbound sales platform (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Outreach, Drip)
Healthcare Sales: 3 years
Business Development: 1 year
