Responsibilities
Own full invitation processes for select events including engagement with CxO customers, internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners
Campaign creation, crafting invites, invitation delivery, follow-up, attendee tracking, and response management
Work on multiple, simultaneous programs that require both strategic thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution.

Required
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create clear and effective training materials.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Quick learner and self-starter with a proactive attitude.
Familiarity with digital platforms and technology; event technology experience is a plus.
Preferred
3+ years of relevant professional experience
Strong attention to detail
Top-notch organizational skills and time management skills, ability to manage complex tasks quickly and simultaneously
Excellent, executive verbal and written communication skills
Experience using Salesforce and Asana preferred
Exemplary communication skills and the ability to present to executive leaders, cross-functional partners, and customers
