Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for helping the team's leader set up team operations, workflows, and information management.
This role will also be responsible general administrative duties in support of the Senior Director.
Help streamline processes and implement systems to improve workflow and task management for greater alignment and efficiency in day-to-day team activities and to help leader more effectively monitor and manager team priorities and performance
Skilled in organizing tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure that team projects run smoothly.
Engage to determine scope of need, work to resolve issue, and direct to resources; escalate issues when necessary.
Apply the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information & employee and candidate records.
Assist with administration of HR programs, policies, and processes to improve our overall employee experience.
Assists in evaluating current and proposed systems and procedures.
Recommends changes when necessary and assists in implementation of new processes.

Required
Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Familiar with a variety of the human resources concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks.
Reports to the department's senior director.
