Responsibilities
Responsible for leading the strategic design and creation of business intelligence tools.
Develop, promote, improve, and refine as needed to meet the business needs
Ensures that the use of business intelligence tools enhances clinical & business decision making capabilities.
Provide guidance to your team to identify, research, and resolve complex data matters
Manages staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs, to include, but not limited to:
Develop and grow your team’s skillsets on new and current tools, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities
Ensure that customers’ data and analytic requests are completed in a timely manner and staff are allocated appropriately

Required
5+ years’ experience in healthcare, clinical data management
In depth experience developing data analysis, systems design and reporting to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requires a thorough knowledge of data management principles and techniques, healthcare payer business operations and data regulations, and project management methodologies.
Requires knowledge and understanding of the interrelationship of business process and Information Systems applications
Knowledge or experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake
Proficiency with business intelligence techniques & tools such as Power BI and Tableau
Knowledge of relational databases and healthcare data structure.
Advanced ability to problem-solve creatively and analyze processes and systems.
Experience working in agile development framework
Proficiency in proper SQL programming
Knowledge in healthcare terminology
Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred
Master’s degree strongly preferred.
