Responsibilities
Build, mentor, and manage a team of solution architects, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence
Provide strategic direction and technical oversight for client engagements, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices
Drive talent development initiatives to enhance team capabilities and maintain technical expertise across key technologies
Collaborate with senior-level client executives to uncover business and technical needs, translating them into tailored, outcome-driven solutions
Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design meetings to define critical requirements and compelling use cases
Oversee the development of comprehensive solution designs, including architecture diagrams, call flows, and technology roadmaps
Identify market opportunities to develop innovative solutions that address emerging CX challenges and leverage the latest cloud and AI technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create proof-of-concept initiatives, pilot programs, and scalable frameworks for new services
Drive the integration of advanced capabilities, such as generative AI and predictive analytics, into TTEC Digital’s solution portfolio
Participate in webinars, blogs, and internal events to share expertise and insights on future trends in customer experience transformation
Develop and champion best practices in solution design, architecture frameworks, and cloud-based CX strategies
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to identify new opportunities for TTEC Digital’s solutions portfolio
Act as the primary advocate for the solution architecture team within TTEC Digital, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business priorities
Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and marketing teams to drive synergy and support internal initiatives
Advocate for innovation, ensuring TTEC Digital remains a leader in CX transformation

Required
10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on cloud contact centers, conversational AI, intelligent automation, and digital customer engagement
Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring technical teams
Deep expertise in the AWS ecosystem, particularly Amazon Connect, and familiarity with other cloud platforms
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to business leaders
Experience developing partnerships and aligning technical solutions with strategic objectives
Willingness to travel; otherwise, remote from your home office
