Responsibilities
Streamline processes and implement systems to improve workflow and task management for greater efficiency.
Organize tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth execution of team projects.
Address team needs, escalate issues when necessary, and direct team members to appropriate resources.
Apply the highest level of confidentiality to sensitive information and employee/candidate records.
Support HR programs, policies, and processes to enhance the overall employee experience.
Evaluate existing systems and procedures, recommend improvements, and assist with implementation.
Provide administrative support to the department’s senior director as needed.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Familiarity with human resources concepts, practices, and procedures.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proven ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and manage confidential information.
