Responsibilities
Partner closely with our customer success and sales teams to identify and interview administrators and educators to capture success stories.
Transform those experiences into powerful, polished case studies, videos, testimonials, and other content that highlights Amplio’s impact.
Proactively build a pipeline of customer stories to support campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives.
Own and manage Amplio’s content calendar, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality, engaging materials tailored to our audience.
Develop editorial content, white papers, articles, and video content that positions Amplio as a trusted leader in special education technology.
Contribute Amplio content to key industry publications and collaborate on webinars and conferences to broaden Amplio’s reach.
Leverage content, customer stories, and thought leadership materials to design and execute campaigns that drive inbound lead generation.
Optimize SEO, website content, and marketing emails to increase traffic, conversions, and engagement.
Utilize paid and organic strategies to distribute customer stories and content across digital channels, ensuring maximum impact.
Share compelling customer stories and Amplio content across social media, amplifying success and sparking engagement with our audience.
Manage Amplio’s voice on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms, ensuring consistent, thoughtful messaging.
Track and report on the performance of customer stories, campaigns, and content marketing efforts.
Use data to refine strategies, increase engagement, and improve lead generation.

Required
3+ years of experience in content marketing with a proven ability to plan, create, and execute engaging content that fuels demand and connects with target audiences.
Comfortable stepping into other areas as needed—whether it’s product marketing, marketing operations, or sales enablement.
Strong visual sense and capability to create polished social media graphics, one-pagers, and presentation materials using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
Skilled storyteller, able to uncover and transform complex information into compelling customer success stories, videos, and multi-channel content.
Collaborative and agile, able to manage competing priorities, align with cross-functional teams, and adapt to changing needs.
Data-savvy, with the ability to track, analyze, and use performance metrics to refine and improve marketing campaigns.
Experienced in edtech, education, or B2B SaaS marketing (special education knowledge is a big plus) and familiar with connecting with niche personas like special education administrators and SLPs.
