Responsibilities
Project manage an equipment upgrade across the organization
Coordinate shipping and receiving of team hardware
Partnering with local shipping facility to ensure all equipment is tracked, shipped, and received within a timely manner
Communicate with team members on their eligibility, status, and equipment
Image and prepare laptops for upgrades, new hires, and team replacements
Track all inventory to report on project status to manager and leadership
May support IT ticketing system requests and concerns, depending on level of technical acumen

Required
Must be able to dedicate 15-20 hours/week throughout the Internship.
Must be able to work out of the Philadelphia office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Excel in project and task management.
Comfortable managing inventory.
Proficient in hardware + software set-up and disk imaging.
Experience with Windows 11 troubleshooting and configuration.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware + software issues.
Technical knowledge and acumen with an interest to learn more.
Ability to own shipping and receiving equipment.
