Responsibilities
Facilitate the implementation of labor management tools and technologies; develop and execute comprehensive project plans, monitor project progress, and mitigate risks.
Analyze labor and financial data that is used to develop and implement strategic workforce planning.
Lead and mentor project teams by foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations.
Lead the implementation of labor management tools and technologies to improve workforce efficiency and productivity.
Analyze labor data to identify trends and opportunities to enhance operational performance.
Develop and implement strategic workforce planning to align labor resources with organizational goals.
Identify opportunities to streamline labor processes and reduce operational costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
Conduct regular process reviews and audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Provide guidance and support to team members, empowering them to achieve project objectives.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Assist in development and delivery of training programs to educate employees on labor management systems, processes, and best practices.
Help create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and job aids.
Aide in conducting training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Run and analyze financial reports related to the annual labor budget.
Develop and present insightful slides to senior leadership, highlighting key trends and variances, and making data-driven recommendations on budget/resource allocations.
Utilize a strong analytical mindset to create and compare cross entity data.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, required.
5 years of Project Management experience required.
Proven ability to lead teams, motivate others, and provide guidance and support.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and resolve issues.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all work.
Must be skilled in developing comprehensive project plans, managing timelines, allocating resources, mitigating risks, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
Anticipates future trends, identifies opportunities, and develops innovative solutions.
Inspires and motivates teams to achieve common goals, fosters a positive work environment, and empowers others.
Effectively communicates complex ideas to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
Leverages data to inform decision-making, identify trends, and solve problems.

Prioritizes customer needs and satisfaction
Preferred
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare preferred.
