Responsibilities
Develop and streamline HR procedures across all employee life cycle processes; assist in updating and implementing policies while providing guidance and support for business operations.
Coordinate and support leave management activities in partnership with HR Business Partners and external vendors.
Support employee engagement initiatives and communication to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Support the management and coordination of benefit plans.
Create internal communications regarding initiatives, benefits, and company policies.
Ensure HR practices comply with federal and state laws, regularly reviewing and updating HR policies to meet legal requirements.
Stay current on HR trends, best practices, regulatory updates, and emerging HR technologies to enhance HR service delivery.
Provide day-to-day operational support for the HR department as needed.
Develop and maintain up-to-date job descriptions.
Conduct job analysis through interviews with employees and managers to gather and document information about duties, responsibilities, and skills.
Perform market research and benchmarking to develop and maintain competitive compensation structures.
Prepare and maintain job classifications and salary scales aligned with organizational goals and market standards.
Analyze compensation data, identify trends, and provide actional recommendations to support strategic decision making.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, with at least 3 years specializing in compensation.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, compensation systems, and labor law compliance.
Proven experience in process mapping and driving process improvements, with focus on HR operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster collaboration at all levels.
Proficient knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technology systems as needed.
Preferred
Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CCP
