Responsibilities
Develop and lead a team of account managers in providing utmost customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with VP of Sales in establishing short term and long term sales KPIs.
Mapping and assigning accounts and building relationships with key decision makers.
Manage own book of business and foster strong relationships at all points of customer interfacing.
Use creativity and relentless persistence to secure meetings with Key Stakeholders ranging from C-level audiences to regionally focused contacts.
Work with operational and medical teams to meet customer expectations and drive results.
Build business cases for VPs/C-levels at mid- to large size organizations.
Leverage existing CRM to ensure accurate capture of sales call information, trends, future call objectives, sampling data, and overall account performance.
Utilize technical tools and operational data to adapt and steer sales efforts towards profitable exchange.
Complete assigned RFPs while managing the team to get all essential requirements by due date.
Prepare annual and bi-annual business plans and conduct quarterly analysis of the territory performance vs. plan.
Attend and represent Agile at trade shows and community events, as appropriate.
Be prepared to travel 50/50, to meet territory needs and sales performance.

Required
8+ years of account management with 4+ years in people management (preferably in a healthcare environment)
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
Skilled with building rapport and trust in relationships backed by establishing clear expectations and concrete follow-through
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively
A dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of the business
Skilled in negotiation and selling techniques with demonstrated accountability in executing sales plans with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Aptitude for learning technical and scientific product related information
Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet dynamics needs of the business without sacrificing focus on sales performance
Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to collaborate with both external and internal teams
Strong analytical skills and proven strategic thinker
Self-motivated and independent worker
Preferred
Previous experience with CRM applications such as Salesforce and HubSpot
