Responsibilities

Supporting macOS and Windows systems with a focus on customer-first troubleshooting.

Administering SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack, ensuring smooth account management.

Managing and troubleshooting LAN/WLAN and office A/V equipment.

Procuring and managing hardware assets to support a rapidly growing team.

Creating and maintaining comprehensive IT documentation.

Required

Proactive IT Support Engineer proficient in macOS, Windows, and SaaS administration

2-3+ years of experience in IT support roles within fast-paced environments

Proven experience in IT support

Proficiency in supporting macOS

Understanding of networking concepts sufficient for troubleshooting connectivity issues

Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) frameworks and tools, with the ability to support application connections to our SSO platform

Curiosity and a willingness to dive into new technologies and tools, with the ability to learn quickly

Strong analytical troubleshooting skills—you may not always have the answer but are motivated and skilled at finding solutions

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas in simple, clear language

Understanding the importance of maintaining positive relationships with multiple stakeholders and approach interactions with a customer-focused mindset
