Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical contact for strategic partners, ensuring their success with Anaconda’s products and solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration to achieve mutual goals.
Align Anaconda’s technical capabilities with partner needs by understanding their technical environment and business objectives.
Collaborate across internal teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Engineering, Marketing) to identify and execute joint initiatives that strengthen partnerships.
Facilitate the adoption and integration of Anaconda’s products into partner ecosystems, providing technical guidance and support.
Provide enablement sessions and technical training to partner teams, ensuring they fully leverage Anaconda’s capabilities.
Identify new opportunities for collaboration, including co-marketing efforts, technical integrations, and feature development.
Advocate for partner needs within Anaconda by communicating their technical requirements and feedback to influence the product roadmap.
Troubleshoot technical issues for partners, offering solutions to enhance their experience and success with Anaconda’s tools.
Track and report on partner adoption metrics, technical engagements, and overall partnership health to measure impact and growth.

Required
Minimum of 3 years in a technical account management, customer success, or solutions engineering role, preferably working with partnerships or strategic accounts.
Proven ability to manage technical relationships with external partners or enterprise clients.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with data science, machine learning, and AI workflows.
Experience with the conda ecosystem, familiarity with how conda works, and workflows
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and SaaS solutions.
Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, networking fundamentals, and platform integrations.

Preferred
Experience working in the open-source, data science, or AI/ML ecosystems.
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.

Experience working in an open-source, AI, or data science-oriented company
